Terms and Conditions of Sale

Ownership: All products remain the property of Acaster Forge Limited until full payment is received.

​

Deposits: A deposit of 50% of the order value may be required upon acceptance of a quotation.

Warranty

 

Fabricated products: A limited warranty is given on all products for a period of 12 months from the date of receipt. Excluded from this warranty are conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in materials or workmanship. 

​

Corrosion:  A corrosion warranty is only offered on products where adequate protection forms part of the order. We recommend that all products are galvanised for an extended life. 

​

Automation devices: Gate automation devices are supplied with a manufacturer's warranty of 2 years. 

​

Refunds:  Acaster Forge Limited is unable to offer refunds on bespoke products.

​

Measurements: Where items are made to customer's own specifications, Acaster Forge Limited accepts no liability for error.
